10月30日,由国家科学技术部国际合作司主办、山东第一医科大学（山东省医学科学院）承办的“医学影像诊断技术国际培训班”开班仪式线上举行。山东省科技厅科技合作处相关领导、山东第一医科大学（山东省医学科学院）国际教育学院院长兼对外合作交流部副部长赵秀霞、放射学院副院长何乐民、放射学院放射影像学系副主任于广会以及来自坦桑尼亚、尼泊尔、巴基斯坦、埃及、加纳、吉尔吉斯斯坦和印度共7个国家的20余名学员参加本次培训班仪式。
何乐民致欢迎辞并介绍了山东第一医科大学（山东省医学科学院）放射学院的基本情况。来自尼泊尔公务员医院医务人员Govind Adhikari代表参加学员发言，感谢中国为他们提供此次培训机会，表示将认真完成学习培训，积极与教师及其他学员交流，共同进步，为医学影像诊断技术的发展贡献力量。于广会对此次培训班课程内容、学习方案进行了简介，并宣布医学影像诊断技术国际培训班正式开班。
“发展中国家医学影像诊断技术国际培训班”是由国家科学技术部全额资助，为亚非洲国家医学影像诊断技术提供学习和交流的平台。培训班的举办是服务“一带一路”倡议的具体行动之一。培训班目的是让学员了解中国医疗装备，熟悉医学影像诊断常用软件，形成更为完善的影像诊断思维，并掌握常见病、多发病及地方病的医学影像诊断，提高服务人类健康的能力，促进与发展中国家的合作交流。
University &Academy Hosts Opening Ceremony of International Training Cource on Medical Imaging Diagnosis Technology for Developing Countries
On October 30th, the opening ceremony of the "International Training Course on Medical Imaging Diagnosis Technology" organized by the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Science and Technology and hosted by Shandong First Medical University (Shandong Academy of Medical Sciences) was held online.
Relevant Leaders from the Science and Technology Cooperation Department of Science and Technology Department of Shandong, Zhao Xiuxia, Dean of the School of International Education and Deputy Minister of the Department of International Cooperation and Exchange of Shandong First Medical University (Shandong Academy of Medical Sciences), He Lemin, Deputy Dean of the School of Radiology, and Yu Guanghui, Deputy Director of the Department of Radiology, School of Radiology, attended the opening ceremony. A total of 20 participants from seven countries, Tanzania, Nepal, Pakistan, Egypt, Ghana, Kyrgyz and India, participated in the training course.
He Lemin delivered a welcome speech and made a brief introduction to the School of Radiology of Shandong First Medical University (Shandong Academy of Medical Sciences).
Govind Adhikari, a healthcare worker from the Civil Service Hospital in Nepal, spoke on behalf of the participating students, expressing his gratitude to China government for providing them with this training opportunity. He pledged to complete the training diligently, actively engage with teachers and fellow students, and contribute to the advancement of medical imaging diagnosis technology. Yu Guanghui provided an overview of the course content and learning plan for the training course and officially announced the commencement of the International Training Course on Medical Imaging Diagnosis Technology.
The International Training Course on Medical Imaging Diagnosis Technology for Developing Countries is fully funded by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China and serves as a platform for learning and exchange in medical imaging diagnosis technology for Asian and African countries. The international training course is one of the specific projects to serve the "the Belt and Road" initiative. The goal of the training course is to help the students know Chinese medical equipment, become familiar with commonly used medical imaging diagnosis software, develop a more comprehensive understanding of imaging diagnosis, master the diagnosis methods of common diseases, prevalent diseases, and endemic diseases through medical imaging, enhance their ability to serve human health, and promote cooperation and exchange with developing countries.
